+-Why is measuring progress important?
Medical research shows that the ongoing and consistent measurement of progress throughout therapy leads to significantly improved treatment outcomes. Please review the Research Page for the some of the key reasons why measurement has such a positive effect on treatment outcomes.
+-What is Greenspace’s business model?
There is no fee for therapists and their patients to use the Greenspace progress measurement platform (now or ever). Greenspace will generate revenue through two types of “Premium Accounts” that will be launched in Q1 2017. For individual therapists, certain new features will only be available to users who subscribe to a Premium Account. The fee for a Premium Account will be $15 per month and will include features such as customizable delivery schedules, on-demand delivery of assessments and additional types of assessments. For Clinics and Hospitals, Greenspace offers a Clinic Account, which gives Clinics and Hospitals (i) a statistical display of data and information about the treatment outcomes being achieved within their organization; and (ii) a transparent view into the progress of all patients within their organization.
+-What assessments are available to use on Greenspace?

+-How does Greenspace select the validated assessments on the platform?
We determine whether to add an assessment to the platform based on the following criteria:
  • Psychometric properties
  • How widely the assessment is used and validated
  • Length of assessment (all available assessments are between 5 and 20 questions)
  • Cost
  • Therapist feedback
+-Can new assessments be added to the platform?
Yes. We love hearing suggestions from therapists actively using the platform of other assessments that would be beneficial to their patients. As a result, we are always adding to the assessments that are available on the platform.
+-Does Greenspace have a license to use the assessments on the platform?
Yes. For all assessments that are added to the platform, we ensure that we have secured the appropriate license for their use.
+-Can the Greenspace team see any Patient information?
No. The Greenspace administrator does not have the ability to identify any patients that are using the platform. A patient’s identity and results can only be accessed and viewed by their therapist.
+-Is Greenspace compliant with the applicable privacy laws?
Yes. Greenspace is compliant with Canadian federal and provincial privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (Ontario), the Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta), the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia), and An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec).
+-How does Greenspace ensure security of the platform?
Greenspace holds data security and privacy in the highest regard. The Platform conforms to digital and physical security protocols, utilizes SSL-secured access, AES encryption at the filesystem level, and firewalls protecting all data. Additional precautions taken to protect privacy include requiring: strong passwords, automatic logouts, automatic access logging, secured data backups, and restrictive data access procedures.
